1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Clarity Notes AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Clarity Notes AI is a productivity application that records audio, transcribes conversations, and uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting notes, summaries, speaker sections, key points, and action items.

3. Free and PRO Tiers

Free tier — access to limited note recording, transcription, and AI note features
PRO subscription — expanded access to Clarity Notes AI features, including transcription and AI-generated summaries

PRO subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings.

4. Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store

5. AI-Generated Content

Transcripts, summaries, speaker labels, key points, and action items may be generated by AI and are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Review important notes before relying on them.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: recording without required consent, uploading unlawful content, attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineering the AI service, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Recording Consent

You are responsible for complying with all laws and obtaining any required consent before recording conversations or uploading audio to Clarity Notes AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Notes AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on transcripts or AI-generated content.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
