1. Acceptance

By downloading or using LED Banner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LED Banner is a display utility that uses your iPhone's screen to render scrolling text banners, light-stick effects, static signs, beacon patterns, and audio-reactive mood lights. It is intended for entertainment and events such as concerts, weddings, sports events, and parties.

3. Not for Emergency or Certified Use

Beacon Mode, including SOS patterns, is provided for entertainment purposes only. LED Banner is not a certified emergency tool and must not be relied upon as one. In a real emergency, use proper emergency services and equipment.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Free tier — access to core Banner, Light Stick, and Sign modes with a selection of free colors and animations.
Pro — unlocks all colors, fonts, animations, Beacon mode, Mood mode, neon glow effect, premium templates, alternate app icons, and removes future Pro gates.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase, billed via Apple's App Store:

Pro Weekly — $2.99 / week with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
Pro Annual — $14.99 / year with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Pro Lifetime — $29.99 one-time, non-consumable

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown above (or the regional equivalent).
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
Unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Device Brightness and Battery

Display modes may lock your screen at maximum brightness while active for visibility. This will drain battery faster than normal use. The original brightness is restored when you exit the display.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app to harass, alarm, or impersonate emergency services. You are responsible for the content of the messages you display.

8. Intellectual Property

LED Banner, its design, code, and brand are owned by DEVPUL, OOO. You may use the app for its intended purpose. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or relicense it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device or iOS version.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DEVPUL, OOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
