How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → LED Banner → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The app drains my battery fast

Display modes lock screen at maximum brightness for stadium visibility. This is intended. Exit the display (tap the screen) when not in use to restore normal brightness.

Mood Mode isn't reacting to sound

Check that you allowed microphone access during onboarding. You can re-enable in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → LED Banner. Sound is processed locally — never recorded or transmitted.

Can I restore my purchase on a new device?

Yes. Sign in to the same Apple ID, open LED Banner → Settings → Restore Purchases.
